About
Hello, I’m Sarah Peters—a certified Recovery Life Coach, and more importantly, someone who has walked the path of recovery myself. My personal journey through addiction and the process of finding lasting sobriety has shaped not only my life but my approach as a coach. I understand firsthand the challenges, the victories, and the transformative power of taking those first steps toward a healthier future.
Since 2015, I’ve worked with individuals in both group and one-on-one settings, helping women and teens break free from addiction, manage anxiety, and set meaningful goals. My experience is backed by formal education—holding a BS in Psychology (Pre-Counseling) from Capella University—and professional certification as a PSAP (Pastoral Sex Addiction Professional) through IITAP.
In addition to addiction recovery, I specialize in supporting teens with ADHD, autism, and those struggling with same-sex attraction. I believe in a holistic, compassionate approach, blending personal insight with evidence-based methods from organizations like Pure Desire Ministries and The Genesis Process. I also incorporate my own self-written workbooks that are designed to guide you through the challenges and victories of recovery, one step at a time.
I don’t just coach—I relate. I know how hard it can be, and how important it is to have someone who not only understands but is also committed to helping you thrive. Whether you’re on the road to recovery or navigating the complexities of life, I’m here to help you uncover your true potential and create lasting change.
Together, we can make sobriety, peace, and purpose your reality.
